清華大學(xué)EMBA20周年慶征文

二十年，風(fēng)雨兼程，春華秋實(shí)。

在這個(gè)充滿機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)的行業(yè)里，我從未停止探索的腳步，用每一份努力為電機(jī)事業(yè)添磚加瓦。 本人唐朝暉，男，漢族，1966年3月出生，清華大學(xué)EMBA，1990年畢業(yè)于湘潭大學(xué)物理系物理專業(yè)，先后任長沙眼鏡公司總經(jīng)理、瀚牌服飾董事長、長沙電機(jī)廠廠長、現(xiàn)任長沙長利集團(tuán)有限公司董事長兼總經(jīng)理、中國電器工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)中小型電機(jī)分會(huì)副理事長。 自2002年本人進(jìn)入電機(jī)行業(yè)以來，始終不忘初心，將“電機(jī)是人類最重要的裝備，做全球最專業(yè)的電機(jī)！”作為畢生追求的目標(biāo)。值此清華EMBA入學(xué)和公司改制二十周年之際，在慶祝學(xué)校取得輝煌成就的同時(shí)，更展望未來更多可能。

一、成長與變革

作為企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的我，有幸親身參與到清華EMBA的學(xué)習(xí)和成長，我深知對(duì)于個(gè)人和企業(yè)的價(jià)值。從課程的前沿管理理論到實(shí)踐案例的剖析，每一步都極大地拓寬了我的視野，提升了我的決策和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。在這樣一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)與實(shí)踐完美結(jié)合的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境中，我不僅更新了知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，更與來自不同行業(yè)的杰出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者建立了深厚的友誼和合作關(guān)系。在清華EMBA的學(xué)習(xí)中，老師常常強(qiáng)調(diào)要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新與變革，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)員打破常規(guī)，發(fā)展出新的解決方案和業(yè)務(wù)模式。在快速變化的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下，這種學(xué)習(xí)模式有利于我們及時(shí)調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求。

在國有企業(yè)改制成民營企業(yè)，長沙長利集團(tuán)有限公司（原長沙電機(jī)廠有限責(zé)任公司），已有70余年專業(yè)制造電機(jī)的歷史，2004年改制后，我致力于提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭力，以打造全球最專業(yè)的三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)研發(fā)基地為目標(biāo)。在本人及全體員工不懈努力下，企業(yè)的發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)了質(zhì)的飛躍：公司面貌煥然一新，工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值翻了一番，年銷售收入增長了59%，員工年均收入大幅提升。

二、運(yùn)籌帷幄，開拓視野

清華EMBA為我提供了一個(gè)全面的學(xué)習(xí)和成長平臺(tái)，它不僅在專業(yè)知識(shí)和管理技能上有著系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)，更在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、戰(zhàn)略思維、國際視野等方面給予我很大的支持。在清華EMBA學(xué)習(xí)的這幾年里，學(xué)校帶領(lǐng)我們?nèi)サ矫绹?，學(xué)習(xí)了包括公司戰(zhàn)略和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)方面的西方先進(jìn)理論和思想，對(duì)實(shí)業(yè)界的我有著重要的理論和實(shí)踐參考價(jià)值。

多次的訪學(xué)活動(dòng)，從產(chǎn)品開發(fā)到商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新再到智能化企業(yè)，讓我對(duì)市場(chǎng)的定位有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)。讓我們能夠在復(fù)雜的商業(yè)環(huán)境中作出正確的決策，引領(lǐng)企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展，并在未來的商業(yè)競(jìng)爭中保持優(yōu)勢(shì)。

三、深化改革，推動(dòng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型

創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)的靈魂，企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新，既要技術(shù)、工藝、產(chǎn)品等技術(shù)方面的創(chuàng)新，也要戰(zhàn)略、商業(yè)模式、文化、制度、組織、營銷等管理方面的創(chuàng)新。經(jīng)過清華EMBA的學(xué)習(xí)，我把理論應(yīng)用到公司的管理實(shí)踐中。讓公司一直堅(jiān)持不斷嘗試引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的管理理念和工具，以此推動(dòng)企業(yè)全面升級(jí)和戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。

2017年，公司根據(jù)產(chǎn)品適用范圍的不同，成立了四家控股子公司，四家公司實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)生產(chǎn)一體化的同時(shí)，自由競(jìng)爭，合作共贏。其中長沙長利電氣有限公司于2022年成功入選國家級(jí)專精特新“小巨人”企業(yè)，也是“國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”，同時(shí)獲得國家工業(yè)和信息化部頒發(fā)的“國家綠色工廠”殊榮。長沙電機(jī)廠集團(tuán)長瑞有限公司也入選了市級(jí)專精特新“小巨人”企業(yè)，“省高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”，另外兩家控股子公司也是規(guī)模以上企業(yè)。電機(jī)市場(chǎng)占有率穩(wěn)居全省前三，市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮蟆?/p>

一直以來，我堅(jiān)持要求企業(yè)加大技術(shù)投入，逐步提高新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)品、新工藝研發(fā)費(fèi)用。加強(qiáng)與高校和科研院所合作，推進(jìn)產(chǎn)、學(xué)、研結(jié)合，搭建企業(yè)技術(shù)研發(fā)平臺(tái)。引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的設(shè)備和研發(fā)管理技術(shù)，研發(fā)出具有企業(yè)自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的專利產(chǎn)品。并陸續(xù)開發(fā)出一系列“高、新、特”產(chǎn)品，滿足用戶需求。讓新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)速度年保持在15%以上，每年推出50多個(gè)規(guī)格的新產(chǎn)品投向市場(chǎng)，目前新產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)值占總產(chǎn)值的40%。

在改制的20年里，公司不僅面貌煥然一新，產(chǎn)值大幅提升，工作效率也大大提高，員工的待遇及幸福指數(shù)有了顯著變化。

在未來公司將圍繞“技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、設(shè)備革新、員工待遇提升”等方面，持續(xù)發(fā)力。計(jì)劃再用2至3年時(shí)間，分階段、分步驟地對(duì)現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行改造和更新，實(shí)現(xiàn)加工、裝配、油漆等制造過程的自動(dòng)化、數(shù)字化、智能化、綠色化，真正達(dá)到減少人工成本、提高生產(chǎn)效率、保證產(chǎn)品性能質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性。再結(jié)合精益生產(chǎn)、精益管理的實(shí)施，運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化的管理軟件，依托公司產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)和戰(zhàn)略布局，逐步將公司打造為國家重要先進(jìn)制造業(yè)高地，為全面落實(shí)“三高四新”戰(zhàn)略定位和使命任務(wù)，貢獻(xiàn)力量。同時(shí)完成企業(yè)從工業(yè)3.0到工業(yè)4.0的升級(jí)和過度。

四、社會(huì)責(zé)任與企業(yè)家的擔(dān)當(dāng)

作為一名國家重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)的企業(yè)家，本人滿懷對(duì)黨和國家的感激之情，盡力回報(bào)社會(huì)，體現(xiàn)本土企業(yè)家的責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)。近二十年，本人通過資助貧困學(xué)子、資助教育機(jī)構(gòu)、捐贈(zèng)教學(xué)設(shè)備、設(shè)立慈善機(jī)構(gòu)（愛心協(xié)會(huì)）、捐助孤寡老人和貧困家庭、賑災(zāi)救助等方式，回饋社會(huì)善款過千萬元。同時(shí)，本人致力于社會(huì)的公平與正義，不斷擴(kuò)大企業(yè)規(guī)模，積極提供就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，不斷提高員工的福利和待遇，保障員工的基本權(quán)益，也為部分優(yōu)秀人才提供創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺(tái)，讓其成為合作伙伴，分享自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，幫助其實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想。在企業(yè)穩(wěn)步前進(jìn)的同時(shí)，本人對(duì)環(huán)境的保護(hù)也是不遺余力，強(qiáng)烈要求公司推行符合低碳、環(huán)保的新產(chǎn)品，積極參加環(huán)境保護(hù)活動(dòng)，推動(dòng)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，也為下一代創(chuàng)造一個(gè)更加綠色的世界。

回首過去，二十年的工作經(jīng)歷，我也是在探索中不斷學(xué)習(xí)，無數(shù)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)，讓我成為更好的自己；面對(duì)未來，我會(huì)帶著這二十年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)，繼續(xù)努力，追求更高的成就。

Twenty years, wind and rain, spring and autumn.

In this industry full of opportunities and challenges, I have never stopped exploring and contributing to the motor industry with every effort.

I am Tang Chaohui, male, Han nationality, born in March 1966, EMBA of Tsinghua University, graduated from the Department of Physics of Xiangtan University in 1990, majoring in physics, and successively served as the general manager of Changsha Glasses Company, the chairman of Hanpai Clothing, the director of Changsha Electric Machinery Factory, the current chairman of Changsha Changli Group Co., Ltd., and the vice chairman of the small and medium-sized motor branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association.

Since I entered the motor industry in 2002, I have never forgotten my original intention, and I will "motor is the most important equipment for human beings, and we will be the most professional motor in the world!" "As a lifelong goal. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Tsinghua EMBA's enrollment and corporate restructuring, while celebrating the brilliant achievements of the school, we are looking forward to more possibilities in the future.

1. Growth and Change

As a business leader, I have the privilege to participate in the learning and growth of Tsinghua EMBA, and I know the value to individuals and enterprises. From the cutting-edge management theories of the course to the analysis of practical cases, each step has greatly broadened my horizons and improved my decision-making and leadership skills. In such a learning environment that perfectly combines academics and practice, I have not only updated my knowledge structure, but also established deep friendships and cooperative relationships with outstanding leaders from different industries. In Tsinghua EMBA, teachers often emphasize innovation and change, and encourage students to break the mold and develop new solutions and business models. In a rapidly changing market environment, this learning model helps us to adjust our strategy in a timely manner to meet market needs.

After the restructuring of state-owned enterprises into private enterprises, Changsha Changli Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Changsha Electric Machinery Factory Co., Ltd.), has a history of more than 70 years of professional manufacturing of motors, after the restructuring in 2004, I am committed to enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, with the goal of building the world's most professional three-phase asynchronous motor production and research and development base. With the unremitting efforts of myself and all employees, the development of the company has achieved a qualitative leap: the company has a new look, the total industrial output value has doubled, the annual sales revenue has increased by 59%, and the average annual income of employees has increased significantly.

2. Strategize and broaden your horizons

The Tsinghua EMBA program has provided me with a comprehensive platform for learning and growth, which not only provides me with systematic training in professional knowledge and management skills, but also gives me great support in leadership, strategic thinking, and international vision. During the years of studying in Tsinghua EMBA, the school led us to United States and learned advanced Western theories and ideas including corporate strategy and leadership, which have important theoretical and practical reference value for me in the industrial world.

Many visiting activities, from product development to business model innovation to intelligent enterprises, have given me a new understanding of market positioning. This enables us to make the right decisions in a complex business environment, lead the company to continue to grow, and maintain an edge in the future business competition.

3. Deepen reform and promote the strategic transformation of enterprises

Innovation is the soul of an enterprise, and independent innovation of an enterprise requires not only technological innovation in technology, technology, and products, but also innovation in strategy, business model, culture, system, organization, marketing and other management. After studying the EMBA at Tsinghua University, I applied the theory to the company's management practice. Let the company always insist on constantly trying to introduce advanced management concepts and tools, so as to promote the comprehensive upgrading and strategic transformation of the enterprise.

In 2017, according to the different scope of application of products, the company established four holding subsidiaries, and the four companies realized the integration of motor production at the same time, free competition and win-win cooperation. Among them, Changsha Changli Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as a national-level specialized and new "little giant" enterprise in 2022, and is also a "national high-tech enterprise", and won the honor of "National Green Factory" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Changsha Electric Machinery Factory Group Changrui Co., Ltd. has also been selected as a municipal-level specialized and new "little giant" enterprise and a "provincial high-tech enterprise", and the other two holding subsidiaries are also enterprises above designated size. The market share of the motor ranks among the top three in the province, and the market development potential is huge.

For a long time, I have insisted that enterprises increase investment in technology and gradually increase the research and development costs of new technologies, new products and new processes. Strengthen cooperation with universities and research institutes, promote the combination of production, learning and research, and build an enterprise technology research and development platform. The introduction of advanced equipment and R & D management technology, research and development of patented products with independent intellectual property rights. And successively developed a series of "high, new, special" products to meet the needs of users. Let the development speed of new products be maintained at more than 15% every year, and launch more than 50 new products of more than 50 specifications into the market every year, and the output value of new products accounts for 40% of the total output value.

In the 20 years of restructuring, the company has not only taken on a new look, the output value has been greatly improved, the work efficiency has also been greatly improved, and the treatment and happiness index of employees have changed significantly.

In the future, the company will continue to focus on "technological innovation, equipment innovation, and employee treatment improvement". It is planned to use another 2 to 3 years to transform and update the existing production equipment in stages and steps, so as to realize the automation, digitalization, intelligence and greening of the manufacturing process such as processing, assembly and painting, so as to truly reduce labor costs, improve production efficiency and ensure the stability of product performance and quality. Combined with the implementation of lean production and lean management, the use of modern management software, relying on the company's industrial upgrading and strategic layout, the company will gradually build the company into a national important advanced manufacturing highland, and contribute to the full implementation of the "three highs and four new" strategic positioning and mission tasks. At the same time, the upgrade and transition of enterprises from Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0 will be completed.

Fourth, social responsibility and entrepreneurial responsibility

As an entrepreneur cultivated by the state, I am full of gratitude to the party and the country, and try my best to repay the society, reflecting the responsibility and responsibility of local entrepreneurs. In the past 20 years, I have given back more than 10 million yuan to the society by subsidizing poor students, subsidizing educational institutions, donating teaching equipment, setting up charities (love associations), donating to the elderly and poor families, and providing disaster relief. At the same time, I am committed to social fairness and justice, constantly expanding the scale of the enterprise, actively providing employment opportunities, continuously improving the welfare and treatment of employees, protecting the basic rights and interests of employees, and providing an entrepreneurial platform for some outstanding talents, so that they can become partners, share their experiences and experiences, and help them realize their dreams. While the company is making steady progress, I also spare no effort to protect the environment, strongly require the company to implement new products that are in line with low carbon and environmental protection, actively participate in environmental protection activities, promote the sustainable development of the company, and create a greener world for the next generation.

Looking back on the past, 20 years of work experience, I am also constantly learning in exploration, countless opportunities and challenges, let me become a better self; Facing the future, I will continue to work hard and pursue higher achievements with the experience and lessons of the past 20 years.
